1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: High volume periods (sales, holidays) may slightly increase processing times. We appreciate your patience.
2. Domestic and International Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping to the following regions:

3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time mentioned above, please contact us at support@velocita-racing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Velocita Racing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@velocita-racing.com with a photo of the item’s condition and the packaging. We address damages on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
